Where you have a Voice in the Out Come.
"The notion that most people want black robed judges, well dressed lawyers and fine paneled courtrooms as the setting to resolve their disputes is not correct. People with problems, like people with pains, want relief and they want it as quickly and inexpensively as possible." --Warren E. Burger, Chief Justice United State Supreme Court
You have the opportunity to try and undo the snag your real estate transaction has encountered. Through the mediation process it can be undone with you having a voice in the out come.
Mediation is an informal process that allows the parties to design a solution that reflects their specific needs and interests. It also presents the opportunity to improve relationships by expressing differences constructively, gaining insight by really listening to the other party and usually gaining different viewpoints to the snag.
Mediation
*Saves Time--Settle disputes now, but allows you to proceed at your own pace.
*Saves Money--By eliminating attorney's fees for some or all of your negotiations (although your attorney is welcome to be present for your comfort).
*Maintain Control--The parties design their own solutions rather than going to arbitration or trial where you're told the out come.
*Confidentiality--Is maintained throughout the process. Neither the mediator nor the parties disclose discussion or conduct of the mediation.
Relieve Stress--Mediation is very effective where personal feelings are getting in the way of listening. Mediation normally gives the parties an avenue to let out their feelings and discover how each other sees things.
Fran Krumpholz, Mediator & Realtor
I choose my career of Real Estate in 1984. Discovered Mediation when our Real Estate Contracts added the Mediation Clause in approximately 1990. Not knowing what was all involved or what it really meant I decided to go back to school to learn about Mediation. This is when I learned I had a true desire to pursue the Mediation Field.
I have chosen to make my mediation practice specializing only in the field of Real Estate. Offering my services to the public and fellow realtors when their real estate transactions encounter hurdles and need that natural third person.
I have completed Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) Mediation Training and continue to take any updating courses that are offered on mediation. When called upon by CAR to conduct a mediation on their behalf, I do these on a no fee bases. As a realtor giving back to my realtor family.
To enhance my skills I have attended and completed National Association of Realtors (NAR) Advance Mediation Training Program. And continue to take any updating courses they offer as well.
I have served as Professional Standards Chairperson for three different CAR Presidents; and have served on many committees locally and state levels.
I sincerely believe in the Mediation Process and have experienced only success with it.
Call me for further details, fees or questions regarding the process.
